Villa Pimentero is a very beautiful villa for up to 8 people with a beautiful terrace and great views of the ocean and the mountains.

You reach the villa via a large lockable gate with its own parking space for 2 cars. Villa Pimentero is built in U-shape so that the terrace with the beautiful sea view is slightly protected from the wind. It is focused on the west and lies the largest part of the day in the sun. In the evening, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The terrace is furnished with sun beds, table and chairs.

This villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A large kitchen with dining area, facing the large terrace. The villa is suitable for 6 people, if you want to come with 8 people, you can book the cosy Studio Maria under the house extra.

Villa Pimentero has an open layout with beautiful Canarian wood roof.

There is a spacious living room with stylish furniture and a large fireplace. The long table in the dining / living room is suitable for 6 people. Next to the fireplace is a comfortable leather sofa. Through a sliding glass door in the kitchen and the TV room you get to the large sun terrace.

Behind the fireplace is a small TV room with satellite TV and a sofa. From here you also have access to this large terrace.

On the left side of the house, located along a corridor, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: 2 of the bedrooms are furnished with Canarian double beds (approx.1,35×1,90m), and in the 3rd bedroom are two single beds (0.90x 1.90 m). One bathroom has a washbasin, toilet, bidet and bath; the second bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower.

A washing machine is located in a cellar room, accessible from the outside. All windows have extra (adjustable) blinds so you can adjust how much or little sun comes in the house.

Important: If you want to rent the villa for 8, then you must book the studio Maria separately! There is a small chance that if you do not rent the studio it will be rented separately.

Villa Pimentero is set on a large fenced area.

Pets are allowed but only on request, € 90,- extra.

Of course, there is Wi-Fi, but this must also be requested in advance.

This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

If you come with 8 people: studio Maria costs € 35, – per day!

Plus 1 additional price / day (depending on the amount of people) for final cleaning.
