On the ground floor this holiday home offers 2 bedrooms ( 2 x 90*200), a living room, an open kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower, a guest lavatory and a storage area.
All areas, except for the bedrooms, have antique terra cotta floors.

The living room is spacious and light and tastefully and comfortable furnished. The large wood stove makes the cooler winter nights cosy and romantic.
There is Sat TV/radio, cd player and internet.
The windows have sea view and the door opens onto the terrace.
The kitchen is very well equipped, there is a gas stove, oven, coffee machine and dish washer.
In the dining room you’ll find a table and chairs and a wood stove.

Suite (First floor): spacious living area with large bed (140 x 200 cm), fireplace, balcony overlooking the Finca and the Atlantic Ocean, bathroom with bathtub made of blue Moroccan mosaic tiles. The bathroom is definitely “très chic”: hammered silver from Morocco as well as decorative marble complete the overall impression of Villa Botánico, the most beautiful of all.
The view from the twin-bedrooms goes over the ground down to the valley.

The beautiful wooden beds have excellent mattresses and only the occasional chirping of birds from the closely related pines is heard ….

Covered patio with seating, sun terrace with deck chairs, parasol, grill, extensive garden with seating areas and lily pond, spacious pool terrace in the Moorish-style, 180° Sea view, solar heated pool (8 m x 6 m), and parking space.
