Studio Maria

Studio Maria is a cosy apartment with a lovely terrace with sea view, suitable for two people. Located under the villa Pimentero lies the lovely studio Maria, which you can rent together with the villa but also separately.

It is a studio with its own entrance, with a large spacious living / bedroom with large fireplace and open kitchen. The kitchen has a bar but there is also a dining table with dining chairs for 4 people. There is a double bed of about 1.35×1.90m and there is a screen to separate the sleeping area from the rest of the studio. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

There is a washing machine in another room, outside, which can be used, possibly with the people in villa Pimentero.

Of course, there is satellite TV. It is also possible to bring your pet (€ 40,- per stay), but only on request!

The property is completely closed. There is a spacious terrace in front of studio Maria with wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean and from where you can admire beautiful sunsets. Studio Maria is located just 400 meters above sea level in the sunny and warm Las Manchas.

Nearby there are the restaurants, a grocery store a butcher and a pharmacy. The beaches of Puerto Naos and Tazacorte, as well as the town Los Llanos, can be reached by car in 15-20 minutes.

Please note that the villa (Pimentero) above studio Maria can be rented separately, also during your stay!

Price per day:

The final cleaning of the studio is € 50, -.
