This beautiful holiday bungalow, La Majada 1 is located together with La Majada 2 on a plot of 2,500 m² and has a great view of the Atlantic Ocean.

La Majada 1 is a bungalow of 70 m² , built in typical Canarian style and is suitable for 2 people. La Majada has a private terrace, an open living room with kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, a bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 200 and a bathroom with shower toilet and sink.

From the living room with Canarian wooden roof, you have direct access through sliding doors to the terrace, overlooking the pool and the Atlantic Ocean.

Parking is available directly at the bungalows.

There is a lovely saltwater swimming pool of 7 x 4.30, with outside shower, and is shared with the other bungalow.

The bungalow is equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, satellite TV (mainly German) and internet (4G), smoking is not allowed, there are smoke detectors.

In the garden there is a lovely barbecue that is intended for both bungalows.

The bungalows La Majada is located at an altitude of 290 meters above sea level, so always a wonderful climate.

La Majada 1 and 2 are exactly the same, so whether you stay at La Majada 1 o 2 there is no difference.

Of course, the bungalows can also be rented together, enjoying each other’s company but each with their own privacy.

The minimum age is 12 years!

If you want to take your dog (up to 5 KG) with you, this is only possible on request!

Fortunately, the volcano outbreak on La Palma of 19 September 2021 did not affect these holiday bungalows, but the lava flow has come very close and is visible from the bungalows, the garden and the swimming pool.

Partly due to this volcanic outbreak, the bungalows will not be available for rent again until September 1, 2022.
