Bienvenido in casa Finca Evamar.

Finca Evamar is a fantastic holiday home for 4 people, just below Tijarafe at an altitude of 545 meters above sea level.

Via a piece of unpaved road, one arrives at this beautiful holiday home with a great view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Finca Evamar is about 90 m² in size and has a spacious conservatory in front of the house with sea views, which serves as a living room and dining room. There is a large very well-equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms and a nice spacious bathroom.

The kitchen is well equipped with extra cutlery and plates etc. in a separate basket for the outdoor kitchens, so you do not have to bring anything from the kitchen itself. There is also a large dining table and a fridge / freezer. Through the kitchen you have direct access to both bedrooms and the bathroom.

The bedrooms each have two single beds of 90 * 190, ample closet space and the typical wooden roof construction.

The bathroom has a spacious shower, toilet and sink.  A washing machine is available in the laundry room.

Finca Evamar has a landscaped cactus garden and around the house there are terraces overlooking the ocean.

Next to the house is an outdoor kitchen with a wood oven and on the other side of the house is a barbecue corner, again with a small kitchen and both have a dining table to enjoy your delicious meals outside.

Thanks to the conservatory, the house is warmed up, but for the hot summer days the conservatory can be darkened in order not to heat it too much.

The whole house is equipped with solid and high-quality furniture.

There is internet and satellite TV (mainly German) in the house.

For children up to 2 years there is a cot and highchair for free. If necessary, please indicate when booking.

In front of the house is an infinity pool with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean.

There is sufficient parking space for two rental cars.

Since the house is reached via a piece of unpaved road, we advise you to choose a rental car that is slightly higher on the road and has a little more power, a 4×4 is not necessary! Due to the remote location, tranquillity is guaranteed.

No pets are allowed, and it a non-smoking house.

Thanks to the location of this holiday home you almost always have sun and a wonderful temperature.
