In La Punta, at an altitude of 470 meters on a plot of 1200 m², lies the beautiful holiday home casa Van de Walle. Casa Van de Walle is suitable for 4 persons and features a private (heated) swimming pool.

This apartment has a spacious living room with open kitchen.
Through a private driveway you arrive at Villa Van de Walle. There is plenty of parking for two rental cars.
At the entrance of the house is a lovely covered terrace. From here you enter directly into the open kitchen and living room. The open kitchen has a ceramic 4 ring hob, fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave. Of course, all other necessities such as a citrus press, a coffee maker etc. are also present.
The living room has comfortable sofas and a fireplace for cosy evenings at home. Everywhere in house there electric heaters and there is air conditioning (hot / cold).
There are two spacious bedrooms, one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. The main bedroom also has satellite TV.
The beautiful bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and has a hydro massage shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.

Because everything is in this house ground floor, it is also suitable for people who are less mobile.
There is a washing machine in casa Van de Walle.

Of course this holiday has wireless internet.

There is a telescope that you can use to enjoy the beautiful night sky over La Palma!

At the back of the house there is the private pool and there are several seating areas with sun loungers and parasols.
The pool can be heated for you, up to 25 ° for € 15, – per day and up to 28 ° for € 18, – per day.

If you want to take your (small) dog then this is possible (on request).
Costs for your pet: 1 extra day’s rent.
