Villa Finca Tijarafe

This very spacious holiday home is suitable for 6 people. The Canary country house of 160 m² is situated in a beautiful countryside, in Tijarafe, at an altitude of 800 meters, with many plants and trees and great views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Via your private driveway you reach this country house with its own parking space. A path leads you to the entrance. Next to the entrance is a nice barbecue area and the wood for the stove in the living room.

When you enter villa Finca Tijarafe you’ll find the large kitchen with dishwasher and utility room with washer and dryer on your left. On the right you come into the bathroom with a bedroom for 2 people with a double bed (200×200). If you go straight you enter the large dining room which has huge sliding glass doors giving access to a big terrace. On the other side of the dining room there is the TV / reading / music room. This room has a fireplace, wood is provided free of charge! Through a corridor that you enter from the dining room you come to the 2nd bedroom with two single beds (80×200) with a 2nd en-suite bathroom.

For a 5th and 6th person there is a sofa bed (160-200) of good quality. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bidet and toilet, two sinks, floor heating. The whole house has heated with Römer marble plates on the walls.

Villa FincaTijarafe has a Canary-style décor.
There is telephone and internet (ADSL Wifi) present in the house.

The large terrace is accessible through various sliding doors. There is sunscreen and there are several parasols to create shade.

The new pool at the Villa Tijarafe is roofed in such a way that even in the rain, cool weather or evenings in the closed state swimming is possible

The plot is 20,000 square meters and has a landscaped subtropical garden of 2200 m². Through various paths you can visit the beautiful flowers, plants and trees that are in the garden, and enjoy the 3 terraces and lawns. Then there’s the natural terrain with almond, fig and avocado trees.

Supermarket, bars, restaurants, a bank and a pharmacy are located in the casage of Tijarafe, 10 minutes away. The nearest beach is that of Tazacorte, about 20 minutes away.

Upon arrival a deposit of € 200, – asked which, if there is no damage, is refundable upon departure!
