Casa Pedro

In La Punta at an altitude of 400 m² above sea lies this beautiful large casa Pedro.
Previously these were four separate houses which have been converted into one large villa for 9 persons and one baby under 2 years.

Casa Pedro is situated on an enclosed plot and has for not one but two swimming pools. One normal pool of 8 x 5m and one children’s pool. There are plenty of loungers and parasols to enjoy this paradise in La Punta. Everywhere there are beautiful trees and pots with ornamental plants.

The pool can be heated up to 25 degrees for € 15, – per day!

Casa Pedro (200 m²) has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both with a bathtub. All bedrooms have single beds (90×190) that can be pushed apart if needed.
There is a large kitchen, separate dining room and a spacious living room. From all these rooms you have access to the partially covered terraces.

The house has a modern feel and is beautifully decorates. Internet and satellite TV is available. In the living room, dining room and kitchen there are fitted air conditioners.
In front of the kitchen, dining and living room are large covered terraces where one can have breakfast, lunch or dinner or just enjoy the nice weather on a lounger in the shade.
Of course there is a washing machine and dishwasher.

There is a small apartment with a living / dining area and an integrated kitchenette with fridge / freezer combination, oven and a ceramic hob with 4 plates. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with double bed (1,40 x 2,00m) and 1 bedroom with single bed (0,90 x 2,00m). The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

From the terraces you have a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains of La Palma.

Shopping is possible in the village of La Punta or in Tijarafe. Larger purchases can be done in Los Llanos, +/- 8km from Casa Pedro.

Price per day:

2 persons: € 95

each additional person costs € 10 per day

Please note: the final cleaning is once the daily rent (depending on the number of people) of the holiday home.

If the apartment is rented additionally, an additional € 50,- will be charged for final cleaning!
