Welcome to Casa Nova, a spacious, cozy holiday home for 2 people with a swimming pool between El Paso and Los Llanos.

This beautiful holiday home has a bright spacious living room with lots of glass, so you have a beautiful view in the beautiful garden, an open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The house casa Nova has 2 terraces surrounded by a mature garden and a lovely roof terrace with great views towards the sea and mountains.

In addition to satellite TV (mainly German) and internet, the house also has a washing machine for its guests.

Casa Nova also has a heated swimming pool which is shared with the house Casa Lagarto.

The heated pool has several cozy seating areas and there are sun loungers to enjoy the nice weather.

In addition, there is a private roof terrace with views of the Atlantic Ocean and the beautiful starry sky.

The nearest restaurant can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, Restaurante Il Giardino.

The supermarket in El Paso is 5 minutes away by car.

Casa Nova can only be booked with a rental car offered by the owner. I can sent the list if you want.

Casa Nova can be perfectly combined with Casa Lagarto.

Plus 1 additional price / day (depending on the amount of people) for final cleaning.
