Welcome to the beautiful Casa Mica.

Casa Mica is a spacious holiday home for 6 people and a child up to 2 years old with lovely, heated pool, magnificent views, pool table, BBQ and bocce ball.

The house casa Mica is located in La Punta, Tijarafe, at an altitude of 590 metres above sea level and has a size of 110 m². The plot is 8500 m² and there is enough parking for 2 rental cars.

The entrance is at the well-equipped open-plan kitchen. The kitchen includes an electric hob for 4, an oven, a fridge/freezer, microwave, a dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and everything you would expect in a kitchen.

The living room gives access to all bedrooms and one of the bathrooms. From the living room, there is direct access to the lovely terrace overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains.

The living room has a spacious sofa, satellite TV (mostly German) and Netflix.

The master bedroom has a 160*200 double bed overlooking the terrace. From this bedroom you enter the spacious bathroom with jacuzzi, Hydro massage shower, toilet, bidet and sink.

The two other bedrooms each consist of two single beds of 90*200.

There is ample wardrobe space for all your clothes.

A cot and highchair are offered free of charge for children up to 2 years old.

The second bathroom is adjacent to the living room and has two sinks, a spacious Hydro massage shower, toilet and bidet.

Both bathrooms have towel heaters.

The house is equipped with air conditioners, hot and cold, a safe and a washing machine.

Of course, Wi-Fi is not missing!

The best thing about casa Mica is the spacious terrace.

From the terrace you have great unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean.

On the large terrace is an infinity pool (saltwater) of 8 metres by 3 metres with a depth of 1.45 metres, with massage jet. An outdoor shower is not lacking and there are plenty of seating areas and sun loungers. There is a large dining table to enjoy. From this lovely pool one has views of the mountains but especially of the sea.

The pool can be heated to 24-26° for € 20, – per day extra. Please indicate when booking if you want to use this!

Under the covered terrace there is a billiard table and an outdoor kitchen/BBQ. Behind this outdoor kitchen is a jeu de boules pitch.

There is also a lovely roof terrace where you can enjoy a drink in the evening.

Towels and bed linen as well as pool towels are provided.

3 persons: € 180

5 persons: € 220

6 persons: € 240

Plus 1 additional price / day (depending on the amount of people) for final cleaning.
