Welcome to casa La Margarita in pueblo Tazacorte.

Charming corner house of +/- 90 m² in the historic old town of Tazacorte with modern comforts and panoramic views for 2 people. Casa La Margarita is at an altitude of 100 metres above sea level and is quietly located on a side street with shops, restaurants and cafés within walking distance.

On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer and a dining room with space for 5 people. On the first floor you have a spacious bedroom with small balcony and with work area, a lovely bathroom and a separate toilet. A short flight of stairs leads to the second floor and here you have a living room with satellite (mainly German) and Smart TV, two roof terraces, sea views, air conditioning, etc.

From the living room you access the first beautiful roof terrace with lounge set and Weber gas barbecue and from here there is another flight of stairs up to a sun terrace with lovely lounge Balinese daybed/lounger with panoramic views. From both terraces there are views over the city and the Atlantic Ocean.

The house has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a safe, double glazing and fly screens.

There is also a washer/dryer and a Bose music system.

The charming corner house, completely modernised in 2024, is located on a little square with fountain and bougainvillea in a traffic-free area. Yet it only takes a few minutes’ walk to reach the beautiful promenade overlooking the sea.

Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
