Casa Emilia

Casa Emilia is a nice cosy holiday home in La Punta for 3 people with a private heated swimming pool and beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Casa Emilia is approximately 55 m² and lies in La Punta at an altitude of 722 meters above sea level. An ideal starting environment for beautiful walks but also a wonderful place to enjoy the sea views and sunsets.

Casa Emilia has a small living room with dining table, satellite TV (mostly German) and a kitchen equipped with a fridge / freezer, oven, stove and microwave.

There are two bedrooms, one with a single bed (0.90×1.90m) and the other bedroom has a double bed (1.40×1.90m). If necessary, the double sofa bed (1.40×2.00m) can also be used. In the larger bedroom is a small TV.

There is a bathroom with a spacious shower and toilet. There is also a washing machine at your disposal.

The whole house is WIFI.

Casa Emilia´s swimming pool is 6 x 3.5 and 1.20m deep. If desired, the swimming pool can be heated:

up to 25 degrees: 12 euros a day

up to 28 degrees: 15 euros a day

There is a nice barbecue corner with electric cooker, a small outdoor kitchen and in the little cave (bodega), nice and cool in the summer, next to this barbecue.

The house is not suitable for people who have difficulty walking.

There is electric heating for the cooler days. Throughout the house are typical Canarian wooden roofs.

Shopping can be done in La Punta 5 minutes’ drive or in Tijarafe, a little further away. The beach of Tazacorte is about a 15 minutes’ drive away.

If desired, a dog (s) can be brought on request and a cot is available for children up to 2 years free of charge.

Casa Emilia is not a house with splendid luxury, but if someone loves nature and wants to go out to enjoy it, than this house is perfect! Especially after a walk with a swim in the pool and enjoying the lovely views.

Final cleaning: € 75,-

If you stay for more than 28 days you will get a discount of 10% on the rent.
