A beautiful spacious flat with huge roof terrace and views of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains.

Ático La Palmita is 225 m², this includes the roof terrace of 160 m² and is located at an altitude of 100 meters above sea level.

It consists of a spacious living room with dining area and balcony with sea views, a well-equipped separate kitchen, two bedrooms each with box-spring mattresses of 160 x 200 cm, two bathrooms and a huge roof terrace.

The roof terrace can only be reached by stairs in the flat. O the roof terrace are several seating areas and a raised sun terrace.

Ático La Palmita has a nice quiet interior and features Smart TV with Netflix (use your own login code) and satellite connection (German, NL and Spanish), there is internet and a washing machine.

In the kitchen there is a dishwasher.

In the living room and both bedrooms are an air conditioner (hot and cold).

It is not suitable for children and/or people with mobility problems.

Beach towels are offered and therefore you do not need to bring them along in your suitcase.

There is a lift in the building and there is a communal swimming pool.

Your car can be parked in front of the building.

Ático La Palmita is situated on the edge of the village of Tazacorte and 5 minutes from the beach of Puerto Tazacorte.

There are supermarkets, cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

Ático La Palmita is a beautiful flat with a fantastic large roof terrace and wonderful views of the sea and the mountains of La Palma.
