Welcome to the beautiful apartment La Baranda in the middle of the town of Los Llanos. Via an automatic gate you reach the finca of 800 m² with enough parking space for several cars, various seats in the garden and the terraces and many avocado trees and plants and shrubs.

Apartamento La Baranda consists of two floors and has a beautiful large terrace overlooking Los Llanos

This beautiful modern apartment for up to 4 people is located at the villa Labaranda. Entrance to the modern well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Then you enter the living / sleeping area for two people. Here is also the modern bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Via a staircase leads to the loft where there is another bedroom with a double bed (150 * 200).

Apartamento Labaranda is equipped with satellite TV (mainly German) and internet.

In the garden there is a separate house with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

In the garden, which is shared with the people in villa Labaranda are several cozy nooks and romantic furnishings to enjoy the beautiful weather on La Palma.

Obviously there is a barbecue and several terraces, each with its own style furniture.

Within  a few minutes you are in the centre of Los Llanos with its lovely shops, bars and resaurants, and yet there is no noise in this apartment due to the solid materials used and the double glazing.

The apartment can therefore be rented separately next to the main house!

Price per day apartment:

2 persons: € 80

3 persons: € 90

4 persons: € 100

A deposit of € 100, – is required upon arrival and will be refunded if everything is still in order on departure.

Please note: final cleaning is 1 day rent extra, depending on the amount of people!
