Our liability
Balans Travel acts solely as an intermediary between the tenant and the landlord and therefore can only accept responsibility for the mediation. For complaints about other than mediation, you should always contact the owner. If the complaint is not satisfactorily addressed, you must contact Balans Travel within 48 hours. Balans Travel will then only as a facilitator for you seeking a satisfactory solution. All our information is as current and complete, but interim changes reserved.
The terms of booking are subject to the landlord and will be added to the booking confirmation.
Option
When you want to book one of our holiday address, but you have to think about it, we will keep your dream holiday home, free of charge, optioned for 7 days.
An option is possible until 5 weeks before arrival.
Reservations
A reservation is a binding booking. We will contact you in order to complete all information. You will then receive our confirmation / account.
A reservation is subject to an interim rental before the beginning of your booking and confirmation by the manager or owner.
Extra costs
Plus 1 additional price / day for final cleaning, with a minimum of 50,- Euros.
